Role Overview
As a working student, you will engage in a dynamic international setting, collaborating with regional leaders from the SAP Academy for Customer Success in Central and Eastern Europe, as well as global program managers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the SAP Academy for Customer Success Team MEE with their daily operations.
- Organizing, coordinating, and providing substantial support for meetings and activities across three key programs (Sales, Customer Success Manager, and Solution Advisory).
- Creating presentations and managing email communications.
- Supporting the onboarding process for Academy Associates, from demand planning and recruitment to equipment procurement.
- Maintaining and reporting on Academy Associates data.
- Conducting research and performing administrative tasks.
Special Projects
- Collaborating on the execution of social media initiatives.
- Developing innovative learning and activity concepts for our Academy participants and graduates.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a student at a university or university of applied sciences.
- Preferred fields of study include Business Administration or related disciplines.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in both German and English.
- Possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, an organized approach to work, and a proactive mindset with analytical capabilities.
- Must demonstrate discretion when handling personal data.
About Your Team
The SAP Academy for Customer Success plays a pivotal role in our vision to cultivate the most agile, purpose-driven, and inclusive cloud workforce, empowered to maximize customer value. This strategic learning and development program spans 10 months for customer-facing roles, followed by an additional 2 years of support for graduates in their positions.
The team you will be part of is responsible for all field-related activities, from demand planning and recruitment through the third year with SAP. They work closely with Academy faculty to ensure a seamless integration of classroom learning with practical experiences during market unit rotations.
Your application should include a cover letter, a resume in tabular format, school leaving certificates, proof of enrollment, current university transcripts, copies of any academic degrees obtained, and, if available, references from previous employers (including internships). Additionally, please outline your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs or programming languages.
