Responsibilities
As a working student, you will engage in an international setting alongside regional leaders from the SAP Academy for Customer Success in Middle & Eastern Europe and global program managers.
You will assist the SAP Academy for Customer Success Team MEE in their daily operations:
- Organizing, coordinating, and providing robust support for meetings and activities across all three programs (Sales, Customer Success Manager, and Solution Advisory)
- Developing presentations and managing communications
- Supporting the onboarding process for Academy Associates from demand planning and recruitment to equipment procurement
- Maintaining and reporting on Academy Associates data
- Conducting research and performing administrative tasks
Special Projects:
- Collaborating on the execution of social media initiatives
- Creating innovative learning and engagement concepts for our Academy participants and graduates
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a university or university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Business Administration or related disciplines
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Language proficiency: fluent in German and English
- Essential soft skills: meticulous attention to detail; excellent communication abilities; organized work habits; proactive approach; analytical mindset
- Additional requirement: strict confidentiality in handling personal data is essential
About Your Team
The SAP Academy for Customer Success plays a pivotal role in our vision for SAP to cultivate the most agile, purpose-driven, and inclusive cloud workforce, dedicated to maximizing customer value. This program spans 10 months, focusing on strategic learning and development for customer-facing roles, followed by an additional 2 years of support for graduates in their positions post-program.
The team you will be part of is responsible for all field-related activities, from demand planning and recruitment through the third year with SAP. They will work closely with the Academy faculty to ensure a seamless integration of classroom learning with practical experiences during the Market Unit field rotations.
Your application should include a cover letter, a resume in tabular format, school leaving certificates, proof of enrollment, current university transcript, copies of any academic qualifications already obtained, and, if available, references from previous employers (including internships). Please also detail your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs or programming languages.
