Responsibilities
As a working student, you will engage in a global setting alongside regional leaders from the SAP Academy for Customer Success in the Middle & Eastern Europe region, as well as collaborate with international program managers.
Your contributions will include:
Assisting the SAP Academy for Customer Success Team MEE with daily operations: Organizing, coordinating, and providing robust support for meetings and activities across three programs (Sales, Customer Success Manager, and Solution Advisory) Crafting presentations and managing email communications Supporting the onboarding process for Academy Associates from demand planning to recruitment and equipment procurement Maintaining and reporting on Academy Associates data Conducting research and performing administrative tasksIn addition, you will be involved in special projects:
Collaborating on the execution of social media initiatives Developing innovative learning and activity concepts for Academy participants and graduatesQualifications
Currently enrolled in a university or university of applied sciences Preferred fields of study: Business Administration or related disciplines Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Language proficiency: fluent in German and English Essential soft skills: meticulous attention to detail; strong communication abilities; organized work habits; proactive approach; analytical mindset Required: High level of discretion when handling personal dataAbout Your Team
The SAP Academy for Customer Success plays a pivotal role in our vision to create the most agile, purpose-driven, and inclusive cloud workforce, dedicated to maximizing customer value. This program spans 10 months and focuses on strategic learning and development for customer-facing roles, followed by an additional 2 years of support for graduates in their positions.
The team you will join is responsible for all field-related activities, from demand planning and recruitment through the third year with SAP. You will work closely with Academy faculty to ensure a seamless integration of classroom learning with practical experiences during field rotations.
Your application should include a cover letter, a resume in tabular format, school leaving certificates, proof of enrollment, current university transcript, copies of any academic degrees obtained, and references from previous employers (including internships) if available. Additionally, please detail your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs or programming languages.
