About the Role
The SAP Academy for Customer Success is a strategic learning and development program for customer-facing field roles. As a Working Student, you will play a key role in supporting the team in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the SAP Academy for Customer Success Team in Middle & Eastern Europe during their daily business
- Prepare and coordinate meetings and activities for all three programs (Sales, Customer Success Manager, and Solution Advisory)
- Prepare presentations and emailings
- Support Academy Associates onboarding from demand planning to equipment ordering
- Maintain and report Academy Associates data
- Conduct research and administrative activities
Special Projects
- Collaborate in the execution of social media campaigns
- Develop creative learning and activity concepts for Academy participants and graduates
Requirements
- Student at a university or university of applied sciences
- Preferred field(s) of study: Business Administration or similar
- Computer skills: MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Language skills: fluent in German and English
- Soft skills: High attention to detail; strong communication skills; organized working style; pro-active; fast-paced, analytical skills
- Discretion to deal with personal data is an absolute must
About the Team
The SAP Academy for Customer Success serves a central role in our vision for SAP to be the most agile, purpose-driven, and inclusive cloud workforce empowered to maximize customer value. It is a 10-month strategic learning and development program for customer-facing field roles. And another 2 years of supporting the Graduates in their roles after the program.
The team our Working student will join is responsible for all field-related activities from demand planning and recruiting through year 3 with SAP. They will partner closely with the Academy faculty to ensure close integration of classroom learning with experiential learning during the Market Unit field rotations.
What You'll Bring
- A cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships)
- Experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs/programming languages
