About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team in Germany. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for representing our company at dental practices and pharmacies, and working daily to promote our brands Meridol and Elmex.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of existing customers (dental practices and pharmacies) in a designated territory
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve budgeted sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Provide sales support and training to dental practice and pharmacy staff
  • Represent our company at industry events and conferences

Requirements

  • Relevant education and experience in a sales or marketing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Experience with CRM systems and Google Suite
