Territory Sales Representative

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Representative to join our team in Germany. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for representing our company at dental practices and pharmacies, and working daily for our brands Meridol and Elmex.
Key Responsibilities
- Account management: responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers (dental practices and pharmacies) in the assigned territory
- Field sales management: independently manage the territory to ensure optimal coverage of the customer base within the specified visit frequency
- Brand management: build and maintain the market position through continuous image building and generating a strong customer bond
- Achieve sales targets and recommendation rates
- Provide advice, support, and training to practice and pharmacy staff on the sale of our products, as well as conduct training and development programs
- Represent our company at trade shows and conferences
Requirements
- Completed education in a commercial, dental, or pharmaceutical field (PTA, ZMP, etc.)
- Completed pharmacy representative training (§75)
- At least 2-3 years of experience in field sales in the consumer goods, cosmetics, OTC industry in Germany
- Pleasure in active sales and working with challenging targets, strong team skills, and a convincing negotiation style based on facts and arguments
- Fluent German language skills in writing and speaking, as well as good English language skills
- Desirable experience in working with the Google Suite, as well as knowledge of CRM systems
