About the Role
Falch GmbH, a leading manufacturer of complete solutions in water jetting, is seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team in Hamburg. As a Sales Manager - Territory Development, you will be responsible for taking over a territory due to a succession plan, acquiring new customers, and maintaining existing relationships with craft businesses and industrial companies.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Take over a defined territory and develop a sales strategy to increase revenue and customer base
- Acquire new customers and maintain existing relationships through effective sales and marketing efforts
- Conduct market research and develop sales campaigns to drive business growth
- Work closely with our service partners in the region to provide excellent customer service
- Maintain and analyze our CRM system to optimize sales performance
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a strong passion for technology and a proven track record in sales. You should have several years of experience in the sale of technical capital goods and a strong understanding of the construction, trade, refurbishment, or industrial services sector.
