Territory Sales Manager – Public Sector
Location: Germany
As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be pivotal in driving new business initiatives, overseeing the seamless onboarding of new clients, and enhancing relationships with existing customers. Your daily responsibilities will include collaborating with our extensive channel-partner network to maximize market reach. This dynamic role will leverage your broad network to identify and cultivate opportunities, while maintaining regular communication with your manager and serving as the primary liaison between clients and relevant departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying business opportunities and executing sales strategies to successfully close deals.
- Meeting established quarterly sales targets.
- Building a robust sales pipeline, qualifying leads, and providing accurate sales forecasts.
- Engaging in ongoing professional development and completing necessary certifications.
- Participating in events with customers and channel partners.
- Conducting webcasts on relevant cybersecurity topics.
Essential Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to sell solutions to public sector accounts with at least 3 years of sales experience.
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and maintaining a stable career history with experience in closing transactions.
- Strong presentation skills for engaging with executives and team members, along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Self-motivated, independent thinker capable of advancing deals through the sales cycle.
- A proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and possesses a competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience selling network security products and services.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; a graduate degree is preferred.
