Job Title: Customer Support Engineer

ACCRETECH is a leading manufacturer of production equipment for the semiconductor industry and systems for form and surface metrology. We are seeking a full-time Customer Support Engineer to join our Technical Support Team at our Munich location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding our high-quality product range.
  • Install, maintain, and support CMP systems.
  • Perform hardware and software modifications.
  • Conduct maintenance and user training at customer sites.
  • Analyze and resolve malfunctions, collaborating with the Japanese main plant.
  • Communicate customer information to sales contacts.
Requirements:
  • Solid technical training in electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, or related fields.
  • Initial professional experience in complex system installation, service, and application support.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts and provide support for complex products.
  • Independent planning and execution of field tests, fault diagnosis, and troubleshooting.
  • Effective documentation of field tests.
  • Strong teamwork, reliability, and independent work skills.
  • High willingness to travel within Europe, with a valid driving license.
  • Fluent German and good English language skills.
