About the Role

Cellebrite GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our Law Enforcement and Government sales efforts in Germany. As a key member of our regional team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our customer base, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed annual sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities and expanding our presence in the market
  • Collaborate with our regional marketing team to develop and implement marketing activities that drive sales growth
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cold calling and LinkedIn lead generation
  • Provide regular sales performance reporting and pipeline updates to management
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' business needs and priorities
  • Work closely with our product team to ensure that our solutions meet the evolving needs of our customers
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to management
Requirements
  • 5+ years of sales experience in a global hi-tech industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in selling software and hardware solutions, with a strong understanding of sales cycles and customer needs
  • Technological background and understanding, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of urgency and a results-driven mindset
