Job Mission

Cellebrite GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our Law Enforcement /Gov sales efforts in Germany. As a key member of our regional team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our customer base, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed annual sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Proactively generate new leads, including cold calling and LinkedIn lead generation
  • Collaborate with the regional marketing team to implement marketing activities and develop additional channels to market
  • Provide regular performance reporting and pipeline updates to management
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, feeding back insights to the management team
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in a global hi-tech industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in selling software and hardware solutions, with a strong understanding of digital intelligence and forensic technologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners
  • A strong results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities
