Customer Success Operations Manager: Gainsight Administrator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Operations Manager to join our team at LeanIX. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you will be responsible for implementing impactful cross-functional projects in Gainsight, driving enablement, change management, standardization, and process documentation in Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement impactful cross-functional projects in Gainsight by bringing in new data points and by creating and improving automations with Rule Engine and Data Designer.
  • Add new data sources for Gainsight through out-of-the-box integrations and export data for other teams in collaboration with the BI Team.
  • Drive enablement, change management, standardization, and process documentation in Customer Success.
  • Become the go-to person for questions, ideas, and troubleshooting for our CS Teams.
  • Continuously improve the CSM experience by testing and implementing new Gainsight features and modules.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree is an advantage (Business, Computer Science, Economics).
  • Two years' hands-on experience with Gainsight CS and Salesforce (or other CRM).
  • Expertise in connecting to data sources and bringing new data points into Gainsight (experience with Snowflake is an advantage).
  • Outstanding analytical skills, experience with reporting and data analysis.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English.
