Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Associate/Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you will be responsible for driving customer adoption and growth, building strong relationships with our customers, and providing exceptional support to ensure their success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer success plans to drive adoption and growth of our EAM software
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and goals
- Provide exceptional support to customers, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Identify and communicate opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer success and EAM
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role in the B2B SaaS industry, preferably in the domain of Enterprise Architecture
- Understanding of IT Management and Software Development/Operations in Enterprise organizations
- Ability and experience to structure and prioritize work and work of others
- 1+ year working knowledge with Customer Success tools, e.g., Gainsight
- Fluent in English for all territories; for some territories, fluent in additional languages are a must: German for DACH, French for France, Dutch is a plus for Benelux
