About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Operations Manager to join our team at LeanIX. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you will be responsible for implementing impactful cross-functional projects in Gainsight, driving enablement, change management, standardization, and process documentation in Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement cross-functional projects in Gainsight to drive business outcomes
  • Develop and maintain data integrations and automations using Rule Engine and Data Designer
  • Collaborate with the BI Team to design and implement data visualizations and reporting
  • Provide expert-level support to Customer Success Teams on Gainsight and Salesforce
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Gainsight features and modules, and implement new tools and processes to improve the CSM experience
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or Economics
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Gainsight CS and Salesforce (or other CRM)
  • Expertise in data integration and automation, with experience connecting to data sources and bringing new data points into Gainsight
  • Outstanding analytical skills, with experience in reporting and data analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
