WHAT AWAITS YOU?

Execute significant cross-departmental initiatives in Gainsight by integrating new data sources and enhancing automations using Rule Engine and Data Designer. Incorporate additional data sources for Gainsight through standard integrations and collaborate with the BI Team to export data for various departments. Facilitate enablement, manage change, standardize processes, and document procedures within Customer Success. Serve as the primary resource for inquiries, suggestions, and troubleshooting for our Customer Success Teams. Consistently enhance the Customer Success Manager experience by evaluating and implementing new features and modules in Gainsight.

WHAT ARE WE SEEKING?

A Bachelor's degree is essential; a Master's degree is a plus (preferably in Business, Computer Science, or Economics). A minimum of two years of practical experience with Gainsight CS and Salesforce (or another CRM). Proficiency in connecting to various data sources and integrating new data points into Gainsight (experience with Snowflake is a plus). Exceptional analytical abilities, with experience in reporting and data analysis. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
