Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our B2B Sales Team at IU Internationale Hochschule. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and research potential business partners through various channels and platforms
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Collaborate with the B2C Sales Team to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales approaches
- Completed business or sales-related education or equivalent experience
- Proven sales experience, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems, such as Salesforce
