About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at topsystem GmbH. As a key member of our Voice Solutions department, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with international partners through proactive communication and innovative solutions.
- Support partners in achieving their business objectives by providing expert guidance and ensuring compliance with EPG guidelines.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance partners' knowledge of new technologies and solutions.
- Monitor and address open issues, ensuring timely resolution and effective use of tools like CRM, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft 365.
Requirements
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a business or IT-related field.
- Proven track record in international partner account management, with a strong understanding of business development strategies.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Fluency in German and English, with additional languages a plus.
- Comfortable with frequent travel to customers and partners within Germany and Europe.
