Senior Compensation and Benefits Manager International Media Company

Are you looking for a new challenge in compensation and benefits? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team at an international media company in Hamburg, Germany.

As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for designing and deploying the compensation and benefits strategy for the group. This includes global compensation strategy through conception and design, ensuring all compensation and benefits structures, bonus schemes, and employee benefits plans. You will also be responsible for the global annual remuneration round, bonuses, and salary, as well as the further development of compensation processes and tools.

Your experience should include at least 7 years in areas of compensation and benefits in a matrix organization, with a strong understanding of international compensation systems and structures. You should have implemented international projects and have strong stakeholder management skills, as well as being highly analytical and responsible.

You will have strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and solid SAP/SuccessFactors experience. Although the role is based in Germany, there is flexibility on languages and hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and deploy the compensation and benefits strategy for the group

* Analyze market trends and make recommendations for action

* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of compensation and benefits strategies

Requirements:

* At least 7 years of experience in compensation and benefits in a matrix organization

* Strong understanding of international compensation systems and structures

* Implemented international projects and have strong stakeholder management skills

* Highly analytical and responsible

* Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

* Solid SAP/SuccessFactors experience
