Customer Success Professional

We're looking for a talented individual who shares our passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
As a Customer Success Manager at censhare, you'll be responsible for managing the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding to long-term operation.
- You'll analyze customer data to enhance their experience and handle de-escalation.
- You'll be responsible for migrating customers from old SLA contracts to new SLA contracts.
- You'll upsell additional services and products based on the brand image.
- You'll build strong client relationships and support their transition to active accounts.
- You'll provide product knowledge, and demonstrations, and promote upselling.
- You'll collaborate in creating training courses and educational materials.
- You'll review customer feedback and seek opportunities for improvement.
