About the Role

Sinch is a leading Customer Communication Cloud company that empowers businesses to deliver personalized experiences across multiple channels. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our customers, from onboarding to expansion and renewal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the customer lifecycle, driving faster time-to-value and improving overall experience
  • Understand customer objectives and translate them into actionable outcomes
  • Partner with customers to advise on best practices and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and growth
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Customer Success Manager in a Tech or SaaS company
  • Fluency in German and English is a must, with some level of Italian and other languages a plus
