We recognize the importance of fostering a cooperative and high-performance workplace atmosphere, where employees feel valued and empowered to grow. As a team lead in account management, you will play a vital role in championing the interests of both your team and their customers.

Your primary responsibilities will include predicting revenue, uncovering new revenue prospects, handling accounts at risk of churn, and guaranteeing that our clients benefit from optimal interactions with our team throughout their journey with us.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead, coach, and mentor the account management team to drive performance and manage accounts effectively.
  2. Be a player-coach: lead by example while managing your own portfolio.
  3. Foster a strong service culture with customer obsession, putting the customer at the center of all activities.
  4. Trigger business mindset in the team to focus on opportunities in the portfolio.
  5. Ensure efficiency and scalability in how we cover our portfolio.
  6. Close cooperation with the sales team for smooth account handovers.

You will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning, process improvement, and exceptional leadership. Requirements
  • You must speak fluent business-level German to our customers and fluent English, our internal working language.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience on a SaaS Account management/Customer Success team.
  • Experience of the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding to retention and expansion.
  • Strong analytical understanding and experience with relevant CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • Outstanding communication and teamwork skills.
