SalaryOur competitive salary range for this role is between €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionWe're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Social Media Account Lead to join our team. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive social media strategies for our clients.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and goals, and develop tailored solutions that drive engagement, brand awareness, and conversions.
- Manage and supervise always-on social projects and campaigns, including brand building and e-commerce initiatives.
- Consult with clients to identify opportunities and develop strategic plans to maximize their social media presence.
- Prepare quotations, timings, and workflows, plan resources, set up status reports, create briefings, and write meeting recaps.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in account management for social media campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Familiarity with agile working methods and common project management tools.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a small team.
- German and English language proficiency.
