About the RoleThis paid internship offers an exciting opportunity to join our International Sales team and support business development. As a Sales/Account Management intern, you will assist in updating customer information, monitor interactions, and conduct research to understand client needs.
- Update and maintain customer information in our CRM system.
- Monitor and track customer communications and interactions.
- Conduct research on existing accounts to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities.
- Identify cross-selling or upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Assist Account Managers in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales contracts.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to develop account plans and strategies.
- Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Conduct market research to identify potential new customers and market opportunities.
- Assist in gathering competitive intelligence and analyzing competitor activities.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing meeting agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support account-specific initiatives.
- Manage specific projects related to account management under the guidance of senior team members.
As a successful candidate, you should have a basic understanding of the sales cycle and terminologies. You should also be fluent in German and have good communication and time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing).
- Understanding of B2B sales environment and image, media, or sports industry.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Knowledge of different sport leagues, teams, associations is a plus.
The estimated monthly salary for this position is €1,800-€2,200, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include:
