Global Sales Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Global Sales Director to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a global channel management strategy that encompasses diverse sales channels, with a focus on indirect sales.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Global Channel Strategy: Consolidate local sales channel management strategies into a single global framework, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and convert sales channels into viable markets, leveraging industry trends and best practices.
- Operational Planning: Translate strategy into actionable plans, ensuring effective execution and continuous improvement.
- Strategic Decision-Making: Make informed decisions regarding price-performance ratio, product portfolio, and services to drive market share growth.
- Performance Metrics and Market Data: Regularly assess channel performance metrics and market data to derive insights, enhancing channel effectiveness and implementing corrective measures as needed.
- Relationship Building: Develop and foster strong relationships with existing and potential resellers, converting them into proactive partners for mutual growth.
- Leadership and Guidance: Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the sales channel team, promoting a culture of innovation, excellence, and adaptability.
- Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in B2B sales to drive business growth.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Several years of work experience in senior sales roles within a technical or manufacturing context.
- Skills: Demonstrated ability in managing diverse (indirect) sales channels, results-driven mindset, proficiency in data analytics tools and CRM systems, strong leadership skills, exceptional communication and negotiation capabilities, flexibility, and willingness to travel globally as needed.
