Your Role as a Global Sales Strategist

As a Global Sales Strategist, you will be instrumental in shaping and driving our sales excellence culture. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Developing and implementing global sales processes and best practices to elevate the overall sales experience.
  • Defining and maintaining standardized methodologies for key account management, market planning, and medium-term strategies.
  • Spearheading the development of innovative sales concepts and tools to enhance our competitive edge.
  • Ensuring alignment, consistency, and excellence across all sales and customer support processes and initiatives.
  • Establishing an effective global sales pipeline model and performance tracking system for transparent management of sales successes.
  • Facilitating the sharing and sustenance of best practices within the Sales and Support department.
  • Guiding and consolidating internal reporting efforts.
  • Collaborating with the Sales and Support Director to refine the strategic plan, from the five-year vision down to yearly updates and implemented actions.
  • Supporting Customer Service Managers in developing strategic sales campaign plans.
  • Driving offers and contract review rituals and methodologies.
  • Actively participating as an expert in the sales and contract negotiation process.
  • Maintaining and updating our customer-facing sales presentations to reflect the latest standards.

Your Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will possess:

  • A university degree (Bachelor or Master), preferably in economics with a focus on business development or sales.
  • Extensive experience in negotiation and sales support.
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • An innovative mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English; German language skills are desirable.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite.
