- Relationship Building and Leadership: Develop and foster strong relationships with existing and potential resellers, converting them into proactive partners for mutual growth. Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the sales channel team, promoting a culture of innovation, excellence, and adaptability.
- Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in B2B sales, ensuring the company remains competitive.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Several years of work experience in senior sales roles within a technical or manufacturing context.
- Skills: Demonstrated ability in managing diverse (indirect) sales channels, results-driven mindset, proficiency in data analytics tools and CRM systems, strong leadership skills, exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, flexibility, and willingness to travel globally as needed.
- Language Skills: Very good written and spoken English skills, with good to very good German skills advantageous.
