About the Position

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will play a key role in broadening the reach of our AI-robotics solutions within the global food service industry. You will work in close partnership with our Vice President of Sales to develop and implement strategic sales initiatives, manage essential accounts, and enhance our market footprint. We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in B2B sales within the technology sector, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a passion for innovative technology.

Your Responsibilities
  • Formulate and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet company sales objectives and expand our clientele in the global food service market.
  • Identify and pursue new business prospects, establishing and nurturing robust relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in targeted organizations.
  • Effectively present and sell our AI-robotics hardware and software solutions to prospective partners, showcasing a thorough understanding of our offerings and their value.
  • Collaborate with the Vice President of Sales to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company objectives and market dynamics.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to remain informed about industry trends, competitor actions, and emerging opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts, negotiating terms to secure profitable agreements.
  • Maintain precise and current records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status within a CRM system in conjunction with the CRM team.
  • Engage in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our solutions and network with potential clients.
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the technology sector, focusing on hardware and software solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets in a global context.
  • In-depth knowledge of AI and robotics technology and its applications in the food service industry.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Self-driven with the capability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
