Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth by managing sales to new and existing key accounts within designated markets. Gather insights to understand business challenges and opportunities, identifying potential sales leads.
  • Prepare comprehensive quantitative, qualitative, and financial analyses for pricing and sales presentations. Ensure the execution of sales strategies and attainment of financial objectives.
  • Conduct thorough research on target prospects, developing a robust sales pipeline in the assigned territory. For existing clients, perform penetration analysis to devise strategic action plans.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients of varying sizes, including major accounts. Execute cold calling strategies and establish relationship plans for both new and existing business.
  • Independently create and manage a Strategic Sales Plan (SSP) for top prospects, overseeing the sales closure process. Collaborate with internal teams to align on solution design and delivery.
  • Lead the development of solution design plans tailored to client needs, ensuring a thorough understanding of the required work for successful transitions.
  • Manage the sales project plan, coordinating with internal resources to facilitate client meetings and communications.
  • Stay informed about industry dynamics and trends, providing consultative insights to clients regarding current and emerging products.
  • Negotiate master agreements and service level agreements, presenting terms to leadership for approval.
  • Oversee the sales presentation process, ensuring objectives are met and follow-up actions are taken.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering; a combination of relevant training and experience may substitute for a degree.
  • Typically requires a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in the industry is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Business or related field.
