Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute against annual plan for International Markets to grow sales across multiple channels of distribution in retail, e-commerce, and private label.
  • Develop and manage priority accounts to achieve volume and growth profit.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and profitability.
  • Provide market insights and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • 2-10 years of sales experience in the FOOD industry, ideally in the organic channel.
  • Located in a EU country, with a preference for a centrally based location to facilitate frequent travel.
  • Strong analytic and presentation skills, with a customer and result-oriented mindset.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with French or German a plus.
