Business Development Executive

Our client, a leading international company in the advanced chemicals and materials industry, recognized for its innovation and high-quality solutions tailored to a wide range of industrial sectors, is looking to strengthen its operations in the German market by hiring a Business Development Executive.
This role will be crucial in managing and expanding existing accounts, as well as driving new business development in a competitive market. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for overseeing the company’s commercial activities in Germany, managing relationships with existing clients, identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, and developing customized solutions in collaboration with internal teams.
The ideal candidate is a German speaker with fluency in English and has at least 5 years of experience in a Business Development or Sales Manager role within the chemical sector. Familiarity with the German market and experience in advanced chemicals or materials will be essential. The candidate should demonstrate excellent negotiation skills, a strong results-driven approach, and a willingness to travel extensively across Germany.
Salaries for Business Development Executives in Germany can range from 80,000 to 120,000 EUR per year, depending on the company, location, and experience.
