Business Development Executive

We are partnering with a global market research company to fill a Business Development Executive role in their German office. This entry-level sales position is ideal for ambitious individuals looking to advance their careers in B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities

This role involves working closely with experienced salespeople to establish new customer contacts, schedule appointments, and support the sales process with relevant insights. You will leverage your interpersonal skills to qualify opportunities and work towards daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.

Key tasks include:

  • Scheduling new business appointments through networking and lead sourcing activities.
  • Conducting discovery calls to qualify opportunities.
  • Monitoring and recording sales activities and opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Presenting to and consulting with clients.
  • Working with sales technologies such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Groove, and Salesforce.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree in Business or an equivalent education.
  • Some experience in direct sales B2B.
  • Excellent relationship building skills.
  • An interest in market research and marketing.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Fluent German and good English.
