Job Title: MCU Business Development Specialist

Job Description:

HPC MCU Business Development is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to expand 32-bit MCU businesses, identify new potential markets, and create winning strategies for targeted customers.

The successful candidate will work closely with Regional Sales/FAEs and their distributors to promote marketing strategies, roadmaps, and marketing collateral for 32-bit microcontroller products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote marketing strategies, roadmaps, and marketing collateral for 32-bit microcontroller products to regional sales/FAE/distribution teams.
  • Take ownership of engagements with regional sales/FAE/distribution teams to increase design-ins, improve demand creation, find new markets, and maximize market share.
  • Ensure proper customer/project support by Regional and distribution FAEs and help prioritize support activities of product line applications engineers when necessary.
  • Report market, competition analysis, and benchmarking for the best positioning of our solutions or creation of new solutions on assigned markets.
  • Communicate effectively with management to report critical technical or business issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years or Master's in Electrical Engineering with 3+ years of industry experience in microcontrollers or related applications engineering.
  • Strong marketing and analytical skills complemented by strategic thinking.
  • Experience with automotive customers and applications is desired.
  • Self-driven, strongly motivated individual capable of taking full ownership of activities and involving other functions in the company or management when needed to bring them to a successful outcome.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills and comfort in presenting to a wide range of audiences, including the executive team.
  • Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with customers and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Occasional domestic and international travel will be required.
