Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Account Executive to join our Enterprise Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for expanding our business through the establishment of new accounts and customers in our desired market segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new clients
  • Conduct contract negotiations and obtain orders to establish new accounts and relationships
  • Navigate complex sales cycles and negotiate deals with key decision-makers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with middle management and C-level executives
  • Assume responsibility for the full sales cycle, including inbound and outbound sales
  • Monitor competition and gather market information to stay ahead of the competition
  • Work closely with our Customer Success team to identify cross-sell opportunities and drive growth
  • Act as a mentor and teacher for junior sales team members
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of prior sales experience at a senior level selling complex Enterprise solutions
  • Strong business acumen and ability to navigate complex sales cycles
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in German and English, both verbal and written
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and other typical systems
  • A self-starter who takes initiative and drives results

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in sales towards the broadcasting and video streaming platform industry
  • Passion for music and media, licensing or video
  • Adaptive and not afraid of change within a rapidly growing company
