About the Position:

As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our platform to a designated set of target accounts. This role involves direct engagement with C-Suite executives and director-level professionals within the enterprise sector, while also cultivating and developing a high-performing Enterprise Sales team. Your contribution will be vital to the ongoing success of the organization, and we seek an individual who can quickly adapt and inspire the team with innovative and impactful strategies.

A Typical Day for Our Senior Enterprise Account Executive:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for a diverse portfolio of assigned Enterprise clients, overseeing onboarding, continuous account management, and the long-term growth of relationships and revenue.
  • As the owner of assigned accounts, focus on identifying and communicating readiness levels, requirements, timelines, and risks to achieving projected revenue ahead of schedule.
  • Act as the internal expert for specific verticals within the team.
  • Demonstrate a history of building long-lasting and successful customer relationships through empathy, active listening, and resilience.
  • Exhibit a proven ability to make sound business decisions, evaluate alternatives, and provide recommendations that lead to successful outcomes.
  • Possess strong negotiation skills, both prior to and following contract execution.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication abilities, including the capacity to create and deliver professional presentations at all organizational levels.
  • Manage the execution of significant or complex contracts, including initial intake, renegotiation of terms, and timelines.
  • Maintain and update the opportunity pipeline within SalesForce.
  • Be available and willing to travel as necessary for client meetings and site visits.

Qualifications for This Role:

  • 6+ years of experience in business development or account management.
  • Fluency in German is required.
  • Fluency in French is an advantage.
  • 6+ years of experience working with clients to support a technical product or service.
  • Proven experience in building enduring and successful customer relationships through empathy, active listening, and resilience.
  • Strong technical knowledge of design software or related technologies.
  • Ability to synthesize diverse requirements and propose intelligent solutions, products, or features.
  • Demonstrated ability to make sound business judgments, evaluate options, and provide recommendations that lead to success.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft and deliver professional presentations at all levels.
  • Experience in the technology sector is preferred, but candidates with a background in selling software as a service will also be considered.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements.
