We are seeking a seasoned Senior Enterprise Account Executive to join our team at Naimar, a German start-up revolutionizing the automotive manufacturing industry through digitalization. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CTOs and other high-ranking decision-makers to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop targeted sales strategies and ensure seamless execution.
  • Provide sales forecasts and insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic account planning and up-selling/cross-selling initiatives.

**Requirements:**

  • 4+ years of experience in full-cycle SaaS sales, with a focus on automotive, aviation, or defense.
  • Proven track record of success in strategic account planning, identifying new business cases, and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with C-level executives.
  • Strong understanding of complex sales cycles and ability to develop tailored sales strategies.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English and German.
