Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Revenue Achievement
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to address customer needs and achieve quarterly and yearly revenue targets.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key executives and decision-makers in strategic accounts.
    • Work closely with our sales, services, and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies.
  • Customer Relationships
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key executives and decision-makers in strategic accounts.
    • Provide strategic guidance and support to customers to help them achieve their digital transformation goals.
    • Identify and qualify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies to pursue them.
  • Partner Relationships
    • Develop and maintain productive relationships with key partners in our territory.
    • Collaborate with partners to create and review joint pipeline of opportunities and establish a success plan on deals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Business Acumen
    • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with customers.
    • Strong understanding of the software industry and the needs of large enterprises.
  • Excellent Communication Skills
    • Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Leadership Skills
    • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.
    • Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire positive behaviors.
  • Technical Skills
    • Strong understanding of cloud and on-premise software solutions.
    • Experience with ERP and business application solutions.
  • Language Skills
    • Native speaker in German and good English language skills.
