Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Leadership:
- Develop and oversee the category strategy, ensuring growth and performance align with company objectives.
- Establish and communicate clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the category.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create and implement comprehensive commercial plans.
- Conduct regular commercial reviews to assess performance and adjust strategies as necessary.
Growth and Market Expansion:
- Formulate strategic plans to penetrate new markets and channels.
- Identify opportunities to enhance distribution and increase market share.

Category Management:
- Advocate for the category, ensuring alignment with market needs.

- Optimize product assortment and merchandising strategies to drive sales and profitability.

Financial Oversight:
- Prepare and manage the category budget, including sales forecasts and promotional expenditures.
