Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop our Marketing and Sales Development teams to achieve ambitious growth targets
  • Drive real results across our 5 markets: Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and the UK
  • Own the upper funnel, leveraging true omnichannel marketing to penetrate and win the logistics market with lightning speed
  • Build an aggressor brand that stands out: goodbye "boring" logistics brands, welcome groundbreaking Hive
  • Develop and own Hive's marketing strategy and analytics, helping us hyperscale our business in a smart and efficient way
About You:
  • Experience as a B2B marketing leader of a successful hyper-growth scale-up or renowned company (additional top-tier strategy consulting background or B2B SaaS sales background is a plus)
  • Proven track record of hitting or overshooting ambitious growth targets consistently and in a lean and efficient way
  • Clear outbound channel and automation experience (lead enrichment, outbound mailing, automated social selling, direct mails, prospecting)
  • Stellar leadership and team development skills to generate a superstar team of tomorrow
  • Strong analytical mindset and prioritization skills
  • Ultra drive to make Hive a key milestone of your career
  • Excellent verbal and written English (another core language German, French, Italian, Spanish is a plus)
