Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement HR Strategies: Create and execute HR plans that support business objectives and drive employee engagement, retention, and development.
  • Lead People Operations: Oversee all aspects of people operations, including talent acquisition, talent management, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement business strategies that align with our company's mission and vision.
  • Drive Business Growth: Identify and implement initiatives that drive business growth, improve employee engagement, and enhance our company culture.
  • Manage and Develop Teams: Lead and develop a high-performing team of HR professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
Requirements
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in HR leadership roles, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve business objectives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, leadership, and external partners.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required, with additional fluency in German, French, Italian, Spanish, or other European languages an advantage.
