Join Our Team as a Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at Straumann Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers in the orthodontic market.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Active identification and telephone acquisition of new customers (dental and orthodontic practices) in the supported sales area
  • Follow-up of leads from the sales team and marketing campaigns or training events
  • Independent accompaniment of dentists/practice management/ZFA/dental technicians in the first steps of product application via video or telephone call
  • Follow-up of customers in the area in close coordination and cooperation with the sales and product management team
  • Support of customers with application questions
  • Support of process optimization
  • Documentation of activities in our CRM system
  • Learning and continuous development of product knowledge in the orthodontic field
Your Profile:
  • Completed commercial training or degree, alternatively completed training as a dental assistant or dental technician (specialization in orthodontics and/or experience with aligner therapy)
  • First professional experience in a sales-oriented function
  • Good IT skills
  • Very good German and good English skills in writing and speaking
  • Communicative, engaged, flexible, and self-reliant
  • Customer-, service-, and sales-oriented
  • Ability to present complex issues in a simple way
