FINN Auto Business Development Manager Job

As a Business Development Manager for JobAuto, you will work jointly with our VP JobAuto Carlotta to develop a new product offering for FINN. With JobAuto, we are targeting companies of all sizes to help their employees switch to electric mobility through salary sacrifice benefits.

Your Role

As a Business Development Manager for JobAuto, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth opportunities for JobAuto. You will support in identifying growth opportunities and manage strategic growth projects such as larger partnerships. You will also define our JobAuto product vision and turn it into reality, working closely with our JobAuto Product team. Additionally, you will lead our business planning and performance analysis, deriving actionable insights from our performance and implementing specific actions to capture additional potential.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute growth opportunities for JobAuto, derived from our company strategy.
  • Define our JobAuto product vision and turn it into reality, working closely with our JobAuto Product team.
  • Lead our business planning and performance analysis, deriving actionable insights from our performance.
  • Pitch JobAuto to investors and customers, enabling the team to excel in pitching JobAuto to customers, investors, and partners.
Your Profile

We are looking for a highly analytical and data-driven individual with a strong bias to action. You should have a degree in business administration, technology management, or similar, and 2+ years of experience in a high-performance environment like a startup or a top-tier strategy consulting firm. You should be fluent in German (C2 level) and English.
