Lead Communications Strategist for People and Culture

We are seeking a Senior People Communications Lead (all genders) to spearhead communications for our People and Culture division at Delivery Hero, enhancing the overall employee experience.

Key Responsibilities Design and implement a thorough internal communications strategy that aligns with People and Culture (P&C) initiatives, policies, and programs. Serve as the communications authority for the People Leadership Team (PLT) and the wider People and Culture organization. Create HR resources - templates and processes - to effectively manage regular and significant ad hoc announcements and enhance employee engagement. Identify and cultivate suitable channels to promote effective two-way communication with employees. Collaborate with P&C, management, and other departments to ensure unified communication strategies. Develop and assess communication metrics, including employee feedback, to evaluate success and refine communication strategies.Required Qualifications
Over 7 years of experience in internal communications, particularly in HR communications (mandatory). Bachelor's degree in human resources, communications, or a related discipline. Profound understanding of engaging with diverse employee groups, channels, and messaging on a global scale. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, in English. Exceptional project management and stakeholder engagement abilities. A dynamic and collaborative team player, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in German. Experience within the technology sector or at a publicly traded company.-
