Lead Communication Strategist

We are on the lookout for a Lead Communication Strategist / Performance Analyst (m/f/d) for our office in Berlin.
Your responsibilities encompass:
Assess and interpret communication metrics (including data governance) and formulate benchmarksCreate a unified terminology and establish indicators to facilitate comparisons across various campaigns and initiativesUtilize analytical platforms for primary communication channels and construct and sustain a centralized KPI dashboardEmploy Social Listening Tools to foresee emerging trends and subjects (Agenda Listening)Compile reports and presentations for stakeholdersProvide counsel on initiatives and synchronize forthcoming activities, shaping the communication strategyOversee external agencies and service providers in communication managementYour qualifications:
Degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Communication/Media Studies, Business Management, Political Science, or a related disciplineRelevant professional experience in agencies or organizations and expertise in implementing data-driven communication strategiesFamiliarity with analytical tools (e.g. Power BI, Google Analytics, eTracker, etc.) and data analysis techniques; knowledge of MS Dynamics and OKR frameworks is advantageousCapability to extract and illustrate intricate relationships from datasetsSelf-sufficient, organized, and dependable work ethic, with a systematic and goal-oriented mindsetDecisive operational skills, assertiveness, and execution capabilities, with experience in collaborating across various organizational levelsProactive, driven, customer-focused, with strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and teamworkYour advantages:
