We are currently looking for a Lead Communication Strategist / Performance Analyst (m/f/d) to join our team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing and evaluating communication data, including data management, and developing benchmarks.
  • Establishing a common language and defining metrics to facilitate comparisons between various campaigns and initiatives.
  • Utilizing analytical tools for key communication channels and creating a central KPI dashboard.
  • Employing Social Listening Tools to identify emerging trends and topics.
  • Preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Advising on strategies and aligning future activities to influence the communication approach.
  • Coordinating with external agencies and service providers for communication management.

Your qualifications:

  • A degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Communication/Media Science, Business Administration, Political Science, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in agencies or companies, particularly in establishing data-driven communication controls.
  • Familiarity with analytical tools (e.g., Power BI, Google Analytics, eTracker) and data evaluation methods; knowledge of MS Dynamics and the OKR framework is advantageous.
  • Ability to extract and visualize complex relationships from datasets.
  • Independent, self-organized, and reliable work style, with a systematic and goal-oriented approach.
  • Strong decision-making, assertiveness, and implementation skills, with experience in collaborating across different organizational levels.
  • Proactive, motivated, customer-oriented, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
