Position Overview
As a Lead Internal Communications Strategist, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our internal communications framework, ensuring alignment with our Information & Knowledge Management (IKM) strategy.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate closely with the Head of the Advisory Unit for Information and Knowledge Management to design and implement comprehensive internal communications across MSF Germany.
  • Oversee the internal communications landscape, ensuring consistency and coherence in messaging throughout the organization.
  • Develop and execute an internal communications strategy that encompasses objectives, processes, tone, identity, channels, and a detailed annual plan.
  • Lead the creation and deployment of a new internal intranet using SharePoint, facilitating effective communication and knowledge sharing.
  • Engage with various stakeholders to drive the dissemination of pertinent information, providing guidance on content, presentation, and communication channels.
  • Advise leadership on internal communications strategies, including suggested topics and communication methods.
  • Edit and produce a variety of communication materials, ensuring timely and targeted messaging across formats such as texts, presentations, newsletters, and digital media.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Extensive experience in corporate communications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite, especially SharePoint and MS Office applications.
  • A keen eye for detail and an understanding of content layout, design, and user experience.
  • Excellent command of both English and German.
