We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition and Culture Strategist to enhance our recruitment and headhunting efforts, ensuring that we attract the right talent to fulfill our organizational objectives. Your role will be pivotal in sourcing and securing individuals with the necessary skills and expertise to support our mission of transforming the global food system.

You will possess a comprehensive skill set, combining specialized knowledge in recruitment with a broad understanding of related fields such as HR Analytics, Occupational Health, Employee Engagement, and Professional Development. Your commitment to impactful work will align with our strategic goals, as you partner with management to drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment:
    You will oversee the entire recruitment process, from drafting job descriptions and engaging with candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating onboarding.
  • Your focus will be on refining the recruitment process to align with our organizational culture, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent.
  • You will lend your expertise in active sourcing and headhunting to assist team members in expanding our candidate pool.
  • Your efforts will enhance our headhunting initiatives, particularly for challenging-to-fill positions.
  • You will develop a strategic headhunting plan to identify and engage the best candidates who resonate with our mission.
  • You will promote job openings across various online platforms to broaden our outreach.
  • You will ensure that the candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey meets the highest standards of quality.
  • You will maintain professional, timely, and courteous communication with candidates and all stakeholders.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate key learning initiatives at ProVeg, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives.
  • Design and implement in-house training programs, including self-paced courses and workshops.
  • Manage the Personal Development Review process.
  • Lead ProVeg's Employer Branding initiatives, focusing on both internal and external communications.
  • Assist in the development and revision of ProVeg Policies.
Qualifications
  • Essential:
    A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline. Relevant HR or recruitment certifications are a plus.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and headhunting.
  • Familiarity with international recruitment practices and the ability to navigate diverse cultural environments.
  • Capability to represent the organization at industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Proficiency in utilizing technology and social media for effective candidate sourcing and engagement.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills to manage multiple recruitment processes concurrently.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize effectively.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a keen eye for process improvement.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a respectful and compassionate approach to staff issues.
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion principles, integrating these into the recruitment process.
  • Ability to positively influence organizational culture.
