High-End Sales Executive

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team at Baunat as a Showroom Manager Sales. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-end clients and provide personalized sales support.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure Baunat remains competitive.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales promotions and campaigns.
- Conduct product knowledge sessions and training for sales staff to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in luxury sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Fluency in German and English, with additional languages a plus.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity and a strong sense of responsibility.
