About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team at Baunat as a Showroom Manager Sales. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-end clients and provide personalized sales support.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure Baunat remains competitive.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales promotions and campaigns.
  • Conduct product knowledge sessions and training for sales staff to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in luxury sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Fluency in German and English, with additional languages a plus.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of integrity and a strong sense of responsibility.
