Client Relationship Manager (m/w/d) Wound Management

Join our team as a Client Relationship Manager (m/w/d) in Wound Management.
Responsibilities:
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for executing all sales and marketing initiatives for the relevant business within your designated area. Your role will involve:
- Promoting our concepts and products to drive revenue and profitability in the fields of specialist and general medicine, home care, and nursing services.
- Enhancing PAUL HARTMANN's market share by developing existing client relationships and acquiring new customers.
- Organizing and conducting customer workshops and training sessions, as well as participating in defined projects, trade fairs, and customer events.
Qualifications:
A background in commercial, nursing (e.g., nursing professional), or pharmaceutical/scientific fields (PTA/PKA) provides a solid foundation for this role. You should possess:
- Several years of professional experience in the sales of complex products.
- Strong customer orientation and communication skills, along with motivation for performance and goal orientation.
- Ability to self-organize and a talent for sales.
- A constructive and open approach to change and conflict situations.
We value an existing network within the region and target audience, and familiarity with customer internal processes and structures is essential. A willingness to travel is a must, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is required. A valid driver's license (Class B) is also necessary.
