Senior Consultant Organizational Development and HR Strategy

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Consultant to join our team at ATOSS Software AG. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex projects for our clients, driving organizational transformation and HR strategy initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects for our clients, ensuring successful delivery and implementation of organizational transformation and HR strategy initiatives.
- Develop and implement effective change management strategies to drive cultural and behavioral change within our clients' organizations.
- Collaborate with our clients' leadership teams to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to address their organizational development and HR strategy challenges.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to our clients on organizational design, HR strategy, and change management best practices.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, organizational development, or HR management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a consulting or advisory role, with a focus on organizational development and HR strategy.
- Proven track record of delivering successful projects and driving organizational change.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions to complex business challenges.
