Organizational Development Consultant

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate within the Center of Expertise for Organizational Development & Corporate Social Responsibility at our EMEA headquarters.
- Lead or assist in initiatives such as the execution of our Employee Feedback and Engagement strategy.
- Serve as the regional expert for EMEA, focusing on project and change management.
- Work closely with subject matter experts and HR professionals across EMEA and global headquarters.
- Oversee the implementation of our Global Engagement Survey in the EMEA region and facilitate the post-survey action planning process.
- Drive our cultural transformation efforts, including the design and execution of targeted initiatives.
- Establish and nurture a network of HR colleagues across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Psychology, Human Resources, Business Management) is essential.
- Certification in organizational development or change management is advantageous.
- 5-7 years of professional experience in organizational development, preferably within a large multinational corporation or as a consultant for international clients.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement employee feedback mechanisms, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative data to influence cultural initiatives.
- Familiarity with research methodologies and analytics is a plus.
- Experience in navigating an international matrix organization.
- Proficient in Project Management and Change Management practices.
- Strong analytical skills, business insight, results-driven mindset, and meticulous attention to detail; committed to excellence and passionate about making a meaningful impact.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal; proficiency in German is an advantage.
- Ability to work methodically and enjoy collaborating to create impactful solutions with colleagues.
- Skilled in persuading others and cultivating informal networks to enhance collaboration across the organization; enjoys working with diverse nationalities, personalities, and functions.
- Experienced in delivering compelling presentations to various audiences, including senior stakeholders.
- Part-time position available (28 hours per week).
